About Lesley

I am a Wellness Coach and highly experienced Critical Care Nurse combined to become a Certified Nurse Coach. In addition to my deep passion for helping people, I am an animal lover and Mom to 2 dogs and 2 horses with dreams of my own farm and homesteading one day. My favorite pastime is boating the intercoastal waters in search of dolphin or traveling to the mountains to deepen my connection with nature.  

My quest to become a Nurse Coach began with my own journey.  A few years ago I was going through some life altering events and despite knowing better as a nurse care giver, I was making poor decisions which was negatively impacting my health.  I tried hard to hide the side of me I wasn't proud of and my anxiety and stress was affecting all areas of my life.  My internal struggle felt overwhelming and hopeless.  I was desperate for change and lacked the motivation or ability to get there on my own.  When I stumbled into the world of coaching, my life almost immediately began to transform and I now honestly feel it was "Divine Intervention".  I had gone through therapy in the past with my marital separation and divorce, but this was so different and left me feeling better about myself with clarity and direction.  I began to find my motivation and reconnect with the person I truly wanted to be and started to make the positive changes I had longed for.

Inspired by the support, personal growth and the extensive education I experienced, I knew I had to share this journey and help others.
